31% of people served by the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas are children under 18.
8% of the members of households served are elderly.
73% of households served have incomes below the federal poverty level..

Who do we Serve?
The Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas serves 12 counties in Northeast Arkansas. In 2008 the Food Bank distributed 1.7 million pounds of food through a network of 84 charitable agencies including food pantries, soup kitchens, non-profit daycare centers, senior citizens centers and special care facilities. We serve the following counties:

You Can Make a Difference!
Last year various companies and organizations conducted food drives for the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas. Over 48,500 pounds of food was collected which is the equivalent of providing 36,466 meals to our neighbors in need! To organize a food drive, call the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas at 879-932-3663. Individuals may also make food donations to the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas by bringing food items* to:

*Note: The Food Bank can accept donations of perishable food items at this location.


What do we Need?
All food drive donations should be non-perishable and in non-glass containers.
